EcoAssets: Research data for environmental indicators

A presentation by Donald Hobern, ALA, at the Ecological Society of Australia (ESA) Conference, November 2021 (online).

Understanding biodiversity patterns is essential for efficient conservation planning approaches, yet broad scale data on these patterns is collected and maintained by a number of different organisations.

EcoAssets is a collaborative project with the goal of marshalling consistent and standardised environmental data to support environmental monitoring and assessment. In this video, hear about the data assets under development, relevant applications, and future enhancements to EcoAssets.
